How do I install Java?
I'm trying to install sun-java6-plugin
. It supposedly in the "partner" repo.
I have:
deb http://archive.canonical.com/ lucid partner
in /etc/apt/sources.list
and ran apt-get update
.
I get:
apt-get install sun-java6-plugin sun-java6-fonts

Package sun-java6-plugin is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source
E: Package sun-java6-plugin has no installation candidate
Does the package no longer exist, or do I need a different repo?
